Shipping & Payment

All garments are made to measure and made in house therefore delivery can vary from 4 up to 8 weeks after ordering (depending on the product that has been ordered). Please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure your delivery will be with you in time.

After we confirm your package has been shipped delivery will take 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for exact times and dates for your country please contact us.

Tracking Your Order

All our orders are shipped using a traceable service. For a delivery update, please log on to the relevant carrier’s website and enter the tracking reference provided on the confirmation email. If you need any further assistance please contact us at merle@merlenoir.nl.

Import Duties

All shipments outside the EU and UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates, as they vary according to each country.

Delivery

When the garments are delivered they become your responsibility. Deliveries can only be made to the address on the order and cannot be delivered without a signature. When you receive your garments, any loss or damages to the goods will be your responsibility. Any damages that happened while the package was in transit missing garments or wrong goods must be notified within 48 hours after delivery.

Please notify us of non-delivery of expected orders within 3 days of the due date. Failure to do this will mean that you will be responsible for any goods lost.

Payment

The official currency is euro, it is possible to alter the currency. Please select your country in the top right corner. Merle Noir accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Dutch bank transfers (these will take approximately 3 days to be processed).

All payment has to be completed before items will be made and shipped to you.

All prices are shown in Euro’s and include V.A.T. but not delivery charges, which are added when you process your order. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.

We will take all possible reasonable care, to keep all details of your order and payment secure. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
